Delete in the app
1.Open Luka Kids and sign in with your parent account.
2.Go to Family circle → My account → Delete Account.
3.Cancel any active paid subscription through Account settings or your app store, then confirm deletion.
4.After you submit the request, your account is deactivated immediately and you cannot use our Services.
5.Your account then enters a 30-day recovery period. You may restore it in the App during this time. After 30 days, we delete or anonymize account-linked personal information, except as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 6).

Request without the app
As stated in our User Agreement and Children's Privacy Policy, you may also contact us to request account deletion:

Include your registered email or phone number. For child-related data, include your parent account details.

Data deleted
After the recovery period, we delete or anonymize personal information linked to your account, including:
Account, profile, and child profile information
Family circle membership and device / Robot bindings
Robot connection data (including Wi-Fi network information stored for pairing)
Messaging records between parent and child
User-generated content (photos, images, audio, and similar content you provided)
Service order and subscription entitlements tied to the account
Account-specific settings, logs, and login credentials
We also request our service providers (such as cloud storage and payment providers) to delete or stop processing your data where applicable.

Data retained
As described in our Privacy Policy (Section 6), we may retain personal information only where necessary, including:
Compliance with legal data-retention requirements under applicable laws
Financial, audit, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes
During the 30-day recovery period, your account remains in our systems in a deactivated state so you can restore it. This is not permanent deletion.
